This new 3rd gen WA7 headphone amplifier offers a one box solution for high end headphone listening. Measuring in at about 5" cubed, this diminutive yet potent all-in-one AMP/DAC offers a higher power balanced 4.4 mm output and 1/4" (6.3 mm) headphone jack, both driven by a pair of 12AU7 vacuum tubes. This amp can deliver up to 1.5w of tube power per channel into low impedance loads, ideal for a wide range of IEM's (in-ear monitors) as well as being capable of powering more demanding full-sized headphones.

The user-replaceable vacuum tubes can be upgraded at any time to customize the sound to the listener's preference. The class-leading performance ESS SABRE DAC allows the user to enjoy music from streaming services such as TIDAL, Qobuz, Apple Music, and Amazon Music HD in lossless resolution with just a simple connection to any modern USB source such as your iOS or Android device.

This latest 3rd gen version can also be used as a tube preamplifier via the rear output jacks, enabling the user to integrate WA7 fireflies with their home speakers system or drive a pair of desktop-powered speakers, more ways to enjoy the sound of tubes. It also has inputs for use with external analog sources. It's an amazing versatile unit in a compact yet stout package that delivers on performance and sound quality.
